my names darren i live in Penzance cornwall ,two weeks a go i took my family of 5 out to mc donnalds longrock Penzance cornwall . went inside to eat ,flooding was very dirty paper foods parts all over no cleaners was cleaning them tables was full of old food and stains on them and on seats,staff didn't look happy working,toilets stunk of pee , inside bins was that full thier was over flowing on to floors .when we got are order 15mins after they took it its came black buns cold .i payed good money for my family of 5 to have a nice meal,and two of my kids was sick after eating thier happy meals we went home and both had bad bellys sick and the runs my wife had the runs as well ,I contacted London head office and sent me a code for one value meal £3.60 i will not be take my kids and i will be taken this to heath and safety and food hygiene as it wasn't fit to be a star £30 pounds I spent for a day out and i get one value meal back its a joke so annoying and angry about this what you going to do about it my kids love going thier thankyou for your time mr d callaghan looking forward of your email back
