My organization, The Walther School Foundation (and the predecessor, The Walther School) are long-term clients of ADP but current events are making me consider changing to another servicer.
We are facing a Workman's Comp audit and I have repeated asked for the required information including quarterly wage reports, 914 and DE88.
After spending, literally, 4 hours on the phone with your apparently incompeted people, I have received mutliple reports of the Week 30, 2015 wage report and nothing else.
If you want to keep my organization as a customer, please have someone competent to provide this simple imformation contact me.

My husband who has run numerous companies says it will cost you a lot more to replace my organization as a customer than it does to simply meet our entirely normal needs.
