My phone number for record for my maintenance agreement. Please review that file on my dishwasher for further info so I won't bore you. For the last five or six weeks I have been trying to get our dishwasher repaired to no avail. They have come out and found defective parts, ordered those and then when the repairman comes back it still does not work so we order more parts, or he has broken apart and had to order a replacement for that which is where we are today. My wife and I have waited home each and every time for the call he was on the way between 8-5. Finally after calling this week to get it scheduled as the part has arrived at my house I was again told it would be next Monday between 8-5 to which I replied that is not acceptable. Of course the nice foreign lady told me there was no other time and that was the soonest. I said never mind and called the customer service line in Texas and was then asked why they didnt just replace the dishwasher as it met the lemon whatever. I said I have no idea I just want it fixed. They gave me a case number and said it could be repaired today (amazing) since no openings existed earlier. She said they would make the apt for 8-5 was all they could do I asked to be called between 8-10 so I would have an idea on time.
Well here it is 1045 and nothing I called again to try get a time and guess what another lady from another country said she could help. I asked to talk to her manager and she refused saying she could help, I pointed out to her she did not help anything and again asked to talk to other manager and then she says I am a good customer, am I the homeowner because I could get some home remodeling done. I hung up on her and called Texas again trying to get a hold of someone in cooperate to at least listen to my complaint. After all I am the customer, or at least I think so , and have been for 35 plus years as a Whole house master protection plan holder and I have always paid on time each year. I am so disappointed in SEARS as they have lost touch with who got them to where they are, and I wanted to find out who was letting it slip into extinction, and I was able to get that customer service person to call the routing god and I found that it would be sometime after 1 pm. Boy what service.
Well as you can see I am very frustrated with this overall farce. All I want to do is to encourage someone to see what your customers have to put up with as it is a TRUE JOKE. Call the 184myhome number and see what you get, try to schedule service maybe if you use the name E Lampert maybe but they probably have no idea who he is other than another fool.
I am waiting for my service and hopefully it will be fixed, I have doubts already that the tech has even found the real problem anyway but. I guess we will just have to wait and see cause as of now it still does not work right and makes noise.
I would like a response to my complaint, and I would like to know a more direct process to get something done other than calling Manila. Thanks for allowing me to vent and explain, They have told me SEAR's is working on its service, well I am here to tell you it is NOT WORKING AT ALL. You Sir, need to know.
