My PS4, which is in warranty, was returned by you due to water damage. I am disturbed by this as I experienced a fire on 12/22/15 and have used the PS4 up until the end of February on the PSN. All of a sudden I have disc read errors. I purchased the PS4 on black friday back in November 2015 (I have original receipt). I have 4 girls whom swear by the system. I am asking you to stand by your product and help me out with this matter, it is still in warranty, and i have not caused any water damage to the system. I have spent lots of money purchasing Sony products as well as online extras for games. I am not at liberty to purchase a new bundle system due to still recouping from the fire.
