My reason for contacting you is that I am very concerned about the airing of MAYA and MArty tonight based on the promotional ads which I have just viewed for the 8th time.
In particular, my concern stems from the portrayal of Melania Trump, who is NOT a dumb, stupid, uncaring, slovenly pig of a person. This is no way to portray ANYONE, let alone such a lovely,bright, smart human being.
Never have I seen any portrayal of the clintons, or Mr Sanders on this network that made them seems less than human or able to understand other's plight.
This portrayal is way over the line and unless it is balanced tonight in the same programming with a skit that portrays other candidates as similarly disgraceful, like Bill enjoying the pleasure of simeone under his desk (it is hard to even describe this) and yelling about how great young (stuff, meat? etc)..is, then there is no balanced portrayal, and this skit should be pulled, or replaced.
I have written to the feedback site at NBC, which states it will not go to NBC directly, so I doubt they will ever receive it.
I applaud you for allowing their to be an email link to you, and hopefully, your assistants will see this and bring it to someone's attention before this airs this evening.
Thank you for reading this, and understanding that I am an NBC'er, but will be glad to switch to more tasteful and balanced programming, should NBC feel the need to debase bright, smart, caring people who just happen to speak with an accent.
