Regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with your services due I have not support positive reasponce from your side, I want to Clear Immediate below pints.
Regarding my Vodafone Add-on Connection And My plan was 149/- per month.
But now activated billed plan is 499/- per month ??? From July-2016 And just informed by vodafone me in 5 Oct-2016???????
I had no any request to Vodafone for my plan change ,
But your sale executive Ms. Shivani Vittal has called my plan changed without my permission ,
How ????
Who is responsible for the same ????
I want clear all issues on my accounts immediately latest by Thursday, October 13, 2016
If not done , I want Port out my all 4 add on Connections to AIRTEL.
