Joy sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
My Right visor is now broken and Toyota should have REPLACED when they replaced the Driver side visor. I filed a complaint with the NHTSA already due to it's. A Hazard to my sight for traffic on the Right side now!!!!. I don't think the customer. Should have to pay to also replace the other (right) visor when Toyota knew this would happen. I go to Bloomington Walser Toyota in MN for service. Joy Lindahl 2008 Camry Hybrid
