My Singtel’s mobile: keeps receiving message of “no network” at home. My wife Singtel’s – Chua Sock Koong email address

Lim sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel – email address that said:

My Singtel's mobile: keeps receiving message of "no network" at home. My wife Singtel's does not has this problem.

I had contacted 1688 and advised to change my SIM card. However, this "no network" still happened.
