My Sister And I Purchased A Riding Lawn Mower In Nov. 5, 2015 It Was A 46 In. Craftsman In Pique Ohio On Sale. We Did Not Use It That Year Because Of The Season. We Were Using The Older Craftsman Mower Saving That New Mower For After The Old One Died. When We Started Using The New Mower IT Would Shake So Bad It Would Make You Numb . We Have Had 8 Repair Men Out And They Can`t Fix It .We Have A Warranty And An Extended Warranty But They Say That They Can `t Do Anything About It . It Has A Replacement Warranty And It Needs To Be Replaced Even The Repairmen Say That It A Problem That They Have With The 46 In Craftsman Riding Mower But Will Not Replace It . We Would Just Like To Have A Mower That We Can Use . The Mower Is In My Sisters Name Sharon Quinn . The Case Are #5086969 And #5211151 Please Check In To This Problem And Correct It Because We Have Spent About $2500.00 And Still Can`t Use The New Mower. My Sister Doesn`t Have An Email So Please Reply To Mine. We Were Also Told That The 46 In. Mowers All Have A Problem . We Would Be Satisfied If You Could Just Replace It With A 42 in. Mower That We Could Use . THANK YOU WALTER CHESSMAN.
