My sister Lori , Who has a disability problem. Paid to have Internet installed On Aug. 5th. Charter came out there was no digging crew. They moved up to the 15th. Then someone came out dug and placed line in. Installer came out and the line was buried in a wrong spot. There was nothing to hook the line to. So now she is looking at the 26th. She called me today crying very upset about what has happen. She has ATT having to pay again for another month or so. I hope that something will be done soon to help her in her distress. There should not have been a problem switching internet providers. I have been happy with Charters install and internet. I was the one that encouraged my sister to switch from ATT to Charter Communications. Please take care of this situation as if it was you in her place. What would you want done? What would you do?
