My sons playstation was hacked in January 2015 I wish to discuss this matter with you.
I have contacted the customer services department as instructed over 50 times both by email and by telephone at great cost to myself and am horrified by the customer service that your company offers.
I have the incident numbers and wish you to hear the conversations which have took place since contacted your department and to discuss the issues I am having with your company.
I am a middle manager in the civil service and have dealt with many companies and customers in my varied career however none as awful I afraid to say as playstation customer services, they dont see to have the ability to take responsibility for a query and resolve. I am logging a further complaint with your company however do not hold much hope of receiving an intelligent reply therefore I await to hear from yourself.
