My wife and I have been dooped at one your dealership (Nalley BMW-Decatur). We purchased a 2014 BMW 428i on 1/28/2017 and at that time it was made known to us that the vehicle had no damages (Carfax report). We later (9/7/2017) learned, after attempting to trade the vehicle, that it had been damaged. We have a carfax buyback that the dealership GM, (Jason Brahnam) refuses to honor. He has been extremely rude and conduct unbecoming of an officer with your company. I write this note to you because Ive heard that your company prides itself on customer satisfaction.
