My wife and I have medical and Rx coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We will share our membership numbers with anyone if it would help resolve a simple problem.
We relocated within Ohio in September 2016. we logged in to our account websites to change our address. It would allow us to change only the address of current plans. We did that in September. We also have called customer service, 3 times and changed our address in every place that could be identified. We verified all of this in a written communication to San Antonio.
However, all US mail communication continues to go to our old address, including items mailed as late as Nov 16 or later. Today, November 29, we received our cards for the medical plan, mailed to our old address and forwarded.
Please help us resolve this BC/BS mailing issue.
