My wife and I went to eat at the buffet at Pizza Hut. We arrived at 5:10 so we would have time to eat our salad before the 5:30 pizza. We did that. There were no pizzas put out for the buffet until 5:50. From that time until we left at 6:45 only 7 pizzas for the entire dinning room were put out. The rest of the time the workers were filling out the takeout orders. Most of the time the pizzas put out for us were then immediately eaten and nothing would replace it for quite a long time. My question is, why have a buffet if one does not put out enough pizzas for the customer? My wife and I went away hungry. The manager was not visible for most of this time so I had no one to complain to except the waitress (not her fault.)
As we sat and sat we could help but noticed that most of the customers who were waiting for their take out went away angry because they had to wait extremely long times even thought they had called the orders in. We went away vowing not to come again.
