HOWEVER, WHAT YOU GET IS A LINK TO CHANGE THE PASSCODE THAT DOESN'T WORK. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SINCE IT HAPPENS NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES. WE HAVE NO PROBLEM RECEIVING YOUR ON LINE STATEMENTS BUT CANTLOG IN TO PAY. MY THOUGHT IS TO CUT THE CARD UP AND FORGET IT, BUT MY WIFE JUST CHANGED TO PAPER STATEMENTS. I TOLD HER THAT I DO NOT WANT TO SEE OR HEAR THE WORK KOHL'S AGAIN. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY OF YOUR PEOPLE
