My wife passed away in October and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company sent a refund on her Medicare supplement insurance policy addressed to Eileen E Mandell for $39.11. I cannot cash it or deposit that check. I have limited funds and really need the money.
I have a Medicare supplement policy with you, also.
