My wife sustained an injury to her left wrist on a flight from Tenerife on 10/12/15. Subsequently we received correspondence in February 2016 indicating enquiries were being made with the relevant crew. Since then we haven't heard a thing despite several emails. We are regular Ryanair customers and have been for many years, and sing your praises, however the lack of correspondence is disappointing.. Would you kindly bring this matter to a conclusion..
