it almost done one and half month for my bike wch is in your service center. no one is replying, yesterday i gt mail that my complaint is close,wtf i dnt get any solution or i dnt get my bike anything i dnt get,ur fucking call center nt answring any call,u dnt replying on mail also(except just gt reply only for complaint closer mail) and when gt call from ur service center they just confirm my complaint nd then said that we will call u back in 2-3 days after 10-15 days they revert me wtf. very dissatisfied with ur service product everything is worst,your service head OMKAR SONARPURE he dnt have any knowledge, and your engineers also, the whole service center is worst. they dont care about customer satisfication,they just want money thats it. before 3 days i get a call from customer care they comfirm and just said that ur case is highly escalated and we solve it on urgent basis and yesterday i get mail of complaint closer. and my bike is in your service center and your service head OMKAR said me that go and pick your bike and submit it into another service center, WTF m nt chutya that i`ll do this all again,i want it repair on urgent basis under warranty. you will get court notice very soon.
