I have a big problem with Samsung costumer services in Cairo, Egypt.
I bought a mobile Samsung (j7 pro) it doesnt work effectively.
I went to the customer service agent in Cairo to test the mobile phone.
After 48 hr. the costumer agent replaced the main board and the main screen and the battery.

After 2 days i found the mobile is not good and the touch screen is not good also the fingerprint bottom doesnt work.

i returned the mobile back to the agent and after 72 hr. i went to receive the mobile the agent told me that we replaced the battery and the fingerprint bottom and the main touch screen.

But the mobile is not working good and not supporting google synchronizing and the touch screen is not working well and the battery is losing the charging very fast.

i returned the mobile to the agent yesterday and waiting for reply.

i want a new mobile in spite of this one.

I am sure that Samsung will not lose my rights to have a good Samsung mobile and working without all these problems.
