Hello Mr.Donahue,
I am appealing to you for resolution of my dispute with your staff regarding the order 341018 that was not suitable for my appliance. I did not use it and sent it back to GRP. I ordered another part 3078557 which actually includes the subject part 341018 as part of the glass panel. Your investigation member declined refund for the retutned part claiming that it was used. Logically speaking why would I order the same feature twice? This incorrect statement must be reversed and I look forward to a favorable resolution with a credit of $150 to my account.
