Dear Mr. Donahue,
We are writing to you today to solve a couple of problems that may help you succeed now and in the future. We have been a NAPA Auto service center for over fifty years. In the last two years we've been experiencing a number of problems with NAPA brakes. The poor metal quality causes early corrosion and as a result we have many warranty returns. We are in the process of returning over 25 sets of rotors and unfortunately not getting help from our local NAPA representatives in this process.
I hope you can help in some way as we would like to remain a NAPA service center as long as we can be confident our customers are safe and get the support we need from NAPA.
