Desr Mr. Monaghan,
I would like to express my extreme displeasure with one of your dealerships (Coggin Acura). In May of 2015we purchased a certified 2011 Acura TSX, we also purchased the extended warranty, and the paint and trim warranty. We have been back to the dealership over 8 times for warranty issues, and getting the run around. Every repair has been a nightmare. We can't find anything wrong, that's not covered, ect. We also purchased tires from them (we also purchased the road hazard) we had a flat tire today over 100 miles away, ok no big deal we'll just go to the nearest Acura dealer and have it repaired, right? Wrong, apparently the road hazard is only honored at the dealer from where they were purchased. I have been in in contact with the dealership too many times to remember, I'm sickened by the neglect and indeference we have received. Tha first time i called the gm i received a return call, the second time i called the we spoke for several minutes and he assured me he would investigate the issues we were having, and would call me the next day. That was over a month ago and I still haven't heard back from him.
I really don't know why I'm writing this email to you, my experience with your dealership has proven to me that honor is not to be expected.
