Nearly 3 weeks ago we lost our internet due to a construction incident. I was surprised and pleased by my ability to immediately talk to a live person and seeming get on the right track. I was told my service would be restored in 5-7 days. More that 2 weeks have passed. I have spent hours on the phone, been passed on to supervisors, been apologized to, and promised that the line that needs to be put under my drive will be taken care of by today. It is 11:00 am here and there is no sign of action. My initial delight in Charter customer support has diminished to utter despair. Customer support needs to follow through. Please help me get reconnected. I am tired of driving 12 miles to Starbucks to get through to you!
