Need assistance with 3M coegntid section of 3M. Operation has been down since last Thursday. Fingerprints for the State of Alabama are not available, preventing job placement and/or lost of jobs. When contacting the cogentid help number, being told that IT is working on it, no date is available when problem will be resolved or fingerprints can be processed. This is totally unacceptable.
