I\'m very sorry to contact you telling about a very bad experience which I got during my call this morning with your nespresso agent in Cairo
the issue started during my visit to the nespresso booth in the last fair in Cairo (HACE)
I was there to make a deal with your respectful company to take coffee for our new restaurants chain which we going to launch by the begging of the next year and during the visit I told the representative about the nesspreso machines which we use at our office and how we consume a lot of capsules he offered me to replace the three U milk machines which we use at our office with a professional zenius machine with the milk frothier separetly and he said it will be same as what we already have and all the difference will be in one more electricity input and by this way he will help us to use the professional capsules instead of the normal one to save some money we accept and I was excited with that nice service, he gave me his contacts to meet after the fair to change the machines but I try to call him so many time with no luck I found the contact of one of his colleges who answered me and delegated me to a lady called Hadya and here the problem started as she was unprofessional at all her voice was too loud she was shouting all over the call, she started telling me that they have an offer to replace any home use machine with or without milk to a zenius machine only and if I want the milk frothier I have to buy it !!!! I got surprised and said how it come you even take the machine with mike equal to the one without!!! and in the mean time I already I have a deal done with your college she shouted NO NO NO what will happen what I said and when I asked her why? she said don\'t ask me the company said that , I answered: for me the company don\'t have mouth to answer me for me you are speaking on behalf of the company she directly said If you would like to complaint I can foreword the call to my manager I said please and I thought that he will be a bite professional than her but I was shocked when goes on the same line and start to say don\'t argue on some thing we are giving to you for free!!!!! Free!!! directly I said to him I\'m very very sorry to deal with such stander of people but you are not giving it to me for free I pay for my machine and you are just replacing it !!!!! He said would you like to pass you to my manager to compliant !!!! this time I answered NO NO I will stop using NESPRESSO

so, I decided to contact you to ask the following

-Is this the way you go through the deals with your customers??!!
-Is this customer service you use allover the world ??!!

Finally do you have too much customers so, you are looking to lose some??!!!
