Hello Mr. Duvoisin,
I decided to write this letter directly to you only because I know how important the Nespresso image is to you. I am a proud Nespresso owner and regard myself in only purchasing quality products such as Nespresso. I am disappointed that after 3 attempts, your company has failed to deliver my product as I specifically requested. I made my initial purchase at Bloomingdales where I was very specific that I DID NOT WANT my machine with the DELONGHI co-brand due to bad reviews. I received a total of 3 machines delivered to my home all with the DELONGHI co-brand. Each time I called, the rep assured me they would make sure that the correct model would be sent. I figured Nespresso must have excellent Quality Control in their warehouse, but none the less it was clear they didn’t. It seems that as a consumer nobody has cared enough about my satisfaction that this has continued to happen. Not only did I not get my machine for my holiday entertainment, but I’m disappointed that no one in your company has reached out to rectify this. Now I have the gruesome task of taking time out of my busy schedule to print return shipping labels drive to the post office to return your machines. This is my last attempt in trying to be heard. I have been inconvenienced enough.
