Hello Mr. Le Cunff--I bought a Nespresso machine in Bloomingdale's some time ago. From the beginning the milk frother would leave burned milk at the bottom. I always use a plastic spoon to scrape it off but it just kept getting worse. I believe that is a problem with the bottom of the coating. I tried to copy and paste a photo , but it didn't allow me.
