@Nespresso – JeanMarc Duvoisin – I am having problems returning a Barista Milk frother, which my mother purchased for me

Kerstin kitchen sent a message to JeanMarc Duvoisin that said:

I am having problems returning a Barista Milk frother, which my mother purchased for me last October as a birthday present. The machine has been replaced once, but still doesn‘t froth and so I emailed to ask for a returns lable in order that I may return the machine as I have no faith in it any longer, and wish to have a refund. The shop in Maastricht refused to help me and referred me to the helpline. The response from the helpline was just to give me a freefone number to call and to advise me I have a 2 year warranty!!
Please can you help resolve this for me?
