I purchased years ago the Nespresso Virtuoline machine after tasting the Decaffeinato 7.7 capsule. Due to medical conditions and personally to avoid caffeine, I stick to decaffeinated coffee. You only have one choice of decaf at this size. I donât drink espresso and the 5oz decaf I personally didnât like after tasting in one of your coffee outlets. There are multiple choices for non decaf coffee. You are now discontinuing this flavor and type of decaf coffee and are going to offer a new one like melozio I was told at your coffee outlet. Why not keep the current one and add a new one. What if I donât like the flavor of the new one? Then your machine to me is moot and wonât be used by me any more.
I find discontinuing instead of adding another choice is just terrible decision making on your part. If I knew that was going to happen I never would have purchased your machine which Iâve had for 5 years or so.
Iâm very disappointed and would like an explanation as to your decision process.
I am very upset that I am losing the coffee that I like and caused me to purchase the machine initially.
