I used the Aeroccino Plus milk frother for several years until it suddenly stopped working. I recently purchased the Aeroccino 3 which i find to be an inferior product. The milk does not froth well and is always lukewarm whereas it was hot in the older model and frothed perfectly. How sad that you had to create a poor replacement to what was an excellent product. I am very disappointed in my purchase.
