There are three problems with the survey:
- asking someone to donate 15-20 minutes on the chance to "win" a coupon is an insult and will only result in responses from coupon collectors and riffraff. Why not offer a free product and have a much shorter survey.
- I sent a response email to the author to the effect and received no reply
- the survey request has been sent to me twice.
Any research you may glen form this would be worthless based upon skewed response samples.
