Mike - I have been dealing with this matter for months, only to keep being ignored by your people at Bubba and recently by your people at Newell. Let me give you the synopsis. I purchased a 128 ounce jug that was defective. I submitted a warranty claim, it was approved and the Bubba people sent a 72 replacement instead of the correct 128 ounce. I have now contacted Bubba/Newell (12) times, including this one, only to be ignored 100% of the time. As CEO you know this is no way to treat a customer. I would appreciate your intervention and resolution to this matter.
