Dear Mr. Mathas,

I have been trying to settle my fathers ( Thomas Evans) account with NY Life since August 4, 2020 when my father passed away. Your company has been the worst to deal with . I have been calling and calling and nothing ever seems to get done and resolved. I had a conversation again today with a man named Yakov and he tells me that they are processing the death claim today. I was told the exact same thing back on 9/28 by a woman named Queen. I am at the point that if your company does not get my fathers account settled by Monday I am going to take what ever legal means necessary to get this resolved. Very truly your Janet Paulin
