@nintendoamerica – Satoru Iwata – Hello, Mr. Furukawa. I sent my Red Right Joycon in for repair twice at this

Hello, Mr. Furukawa.

I sent my Red Right Joycon in for repair twice at this point for the same issue (the R key not working correctly) to the Nintendo UK repair team.

The first time, the repair team replaced the wrong key and charged me £31.22 for it. (Repair number: S10763005)

This second time, it took over 3 weeks to actually complete the entire repair process and after getting my joycon back today I can confirm that the same problem I sent my joycon in for twice now is still present. (Repair number: Q10722028)

I am highly dissatisfied with the time this took and the fact my item is still not repaired, it's unacceptable.

I am bringing this issue directly to you because the customer support team takes far too long to respond and given how long this has been going on, I'd like to see it dealt with quickly.

I'd like to know how you plan to resolve this issue, a refund for the original failed repair or a new replacement joycon would be a well appreciated start.
