No one should have to pay $ 5.00 to pay their cable bill. I have trouble every month with the auto system. If I want to talk to a live person to pay my bill I am told I will have to pay the $ 5.00 fee. This is wrong. I can only wish you could stop the practices.
Us elderly people are not use to technology like the young people. PLEASE help us old people. lol
