Hitan sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel – email address that said:
Nobody listening in customer care and so no solutions.Facing Issue in network on my airtel no. at my home I have sent several mails before you can review them and get my grievance .
Subject Line of my mail : " POOR NETWORKS"
Last Mail Content :Is this service you provide to your customers ??
Till now I am facing same issues no solution till now . Tell me clearly that will you be able to provide the services or not . Already 6-7 months have passed so I dont it was impossible to provide service as you were having plenty of time till to rectify problem and provide me support. If you are not able to provide solution then who will bear the amount which I had paid in last 6-7 months. Its not the problem only with me its in the whole area near by. You its know about the amount which I have paid but the services which you promise to your customers and they have faith but if you or anyone ask me about services or support then you can assume I have no words to speak(in a bad way I am saying this). Even when I call your customer care to register complaint every time I use to hear same thing sir your location is in weak coverage area new site is under process so we won't be able to register complaint. So I stopped complained via customer care then I started on mail. You can review the trailing mails.
So at last is there anyone else whom I need to contact to get solution .
