My name is Trish and I purchased a Valentino handbag back in 2011, which I used 2 months out of the year. I took it out this year and the purse came apart at the seams. I went to your store to see what they could do and they told me it was Normal wear and tear. I do not agree with that because the handbag is in perfect condition. I have my receipt do to the fact the purse was a lot of money. At the time of my purchase you did not have a return policy. It was if you were not happy with your purchase you would accept it back. I know that it 7 years, I get that. But when I purchased this handbag I thought it was a handbag for life. When I talked to one of your employees before I could tell her which handbag I had, she asked me is it the large bag with the big bow and I said yes. She told me that her aunt had the same problem. So I donât know if itâs a defect or not. So right now the handbag is at your store in Cherry Hill Nj, they are going to see if it can be fixed. Donât think it can because of the seam. So what I am looking for if it can not be fixed it a refund. I donât know if that could happen, but like you I work very hard for my money, and that was a lot of money that I spent on this handbag.
