Shopping your sale yesterday I wanted to check the petite clothing, and was most dismayed to find the department had been dismantled and petite sizes were by manufacturer. I did not have the time nor inclination to comb through all the racks to find my size. A petite section was most appreciated, and will be sorely missed. The average American woman is 5"3" and 140 lbs. Many of us shop online, but would much rather shop in stores, as the selection is often poor. Your customer service is usually unparalleled, but this idea is an epic fail.
