I've been a Nordies fan since I could hold my first credit card. Your customer service is second to none. I writing today to express my deep disappointment in your resistance to follow your peers by eliminating fur from your product offerings. Today, I bought several products at Macy's that I have always bought at Nordies. I plan to do so until your policy changes.
Please reconsider your decision.
