Sandra Farmer sent a message to Peter Nordstrom that said:

Mr. Nordstrom: I am writing because I do not feel that I was treated as a respected Nordstrom customer when I returned $2100 worth of merchandise to the Nordstrom Cherry Hill NJ that was fraudulently ordered via Nordstrom HauteLook and shipped to my home. Yes, Nordstrom did contact me and credit my account for the full order of $3,000+, but afterwards some of the merchandise still came to my home the week of November 20, 2018. I feel that taking my personal time, mileage and gas to return items to your Nordstrom inventory should have been recognized.
