Normally, I would not bother you with this, but you should know that your staff is incapable of solving a mistake PayPal made. Reference for correspondence with your staff: VV44REXCA. I purchased two articles from eBay at the beginning of March and paid by way of a US Dollar MasterCard. Your office decided to charge me an exchange rate/fees although I tried desperately to explain to them that my card was in US funds. I was charged by the bank with the higher amount and request an immediate refund from PayPal for the overcharge. Maybe your staff thinks that everything is CAN$ since my billing address is in Canada. However, I launched the US card with you some time ago and never experienced such an annoying problem.
Please do not refer me to your Customer service as it is impossible to get through and my last call was cut off because of a technical problem. I also cannot be called back as I am traveling in the US.
I hope PayPal is not out to derive profits from falsely assessed exchange rates/fees.
