Paul sent a message to David P. Steiner President and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. Email Address that said:
Not being able to get help from your Denver, CO. office I decided to contact you directly. Between my wife and myself I have contacted the Denver office 4 time in an attempt to get my trash picked up. My pick up date was 3/18. I contacted your Denver office on 3/19, 3/21 and twice on 3/22, each time I was told my trash would be picked up it was not. On the second call on 3/22 I spoke with the on duty "Supervisor" and was told by her " as soon as we hang up I'll get some one out to pick up your trash" This conversation took place at approximately 5:00 PM MDLT. It is now after 7:00 PM and my trash is still waiting to be picked up. Obviously your supervisor did not take me seriously when I told her ether the trash would be gone today or your company would be gone. Looks like the latter to me.
It appears to me your company doesn't care about its residential customers. If I gave this type of service to my employer I would be terminated immediately.
No this is not the first time WM has not fulfilled their responsibility. The bottom line is I expect to get what I pay for.
