Not had a response to my first email with reference to the Sheraton, Hiroshima and am now staying at the Four Points, Sydney; let's hope you or your exec team have an opportunity to read this and my earlier email. Small details make a big difference to tired travellers. First your staff at Four Points do you credit, but the policy of requesting slippers and a gown fell short of my expectations. I'm here for 6 + 1 night, why wasn't it anticipated? Second, no internet! I understand the service might have been beyond your control, but I was not advised at reception however, I was advised after wasting my time and making an enquiry. I must add a staff member courteously advised when it resumed however, unbelievably it appeared there was a charge! Again, on enquiry, I was offered either a complimentary service, or I had indeed already prepaid the cost as part of my package!! Poor customer service Starwood! After speaking with Sofia, I was however offered a cocktail, graciously accepted. Patrick in the restaurant is a credit to you. Let's cut out the sugar in juice and the coffee could be improved.
