Not more than 2 years ago I bought a JBL flip 2 speaker in the US, it is not working anymore. I contacted your service dept. to either get it replace or find a place to fix it in Mexico city and the said it is no longer under warranty and, the unit is not repairable.
Why isn't repairable? does it have planned obsolescence, is it a flaw on the product or it is just the new JBL quality ? (totally against Harman and Kardon standards). Do you feel proud of this product?
