Not sure were to start. I have been calling several times republic services in chicago to find out why they increase our condo association billing by $100. Frances at customer support said she will talk to the rep and will call me back. After a week, because i was not hearing from her, I call again, she said that she will try again to reach Jim dubay and will call me back. AFter a week I called billing, they say you have to talk to customer service. I call the headquarters they finally give me the name of jim dubay. I called him twice in a week still no response. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING. WE WANT OUT! PLEASE CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AND GET YOUR DUMPSTER.
