October 4, 2017 - had 2 reservations@ Courtyard Miami Beach South Beach - 1530 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL - when we arrived - was told one of the rooms was flooded (not sure what was wrong) and they put one of us in the Loews Hotel and said the room would be compd. WELL, it was not. I have tried to contact the hotel directly but get no reply.
