Olivia Calvo Jack Salzwedel....This all began on the 16th or 17th of Jan 2017. Simply wanting to write a new policy with a new company , visiting the office of Jason Parker in Greenfield , In . It should have been between one customer and one agent. It was never my intention to have so many involved. But either this agent did not want my business from the beginning or just wasnt qualified to handle a new customer and new policy.

It has been a fiasco from the beginning....emails ignored...phone calls ignored.... lied to....mistakes made on effective dates....a vehicle denied that was fine in the beginning...swore at, , etc. A list of all that has happened was left with the new agent , which Im sure was shared with you , Olivia.

Because of all this I requested another agent , which has been done.....but I still sit here 4 days after talking to her , not knowing where things stand. Not knowing if I am covered or not....not knowing if anything is being done about the umbrella or 94 van. I lay no blame on this new agent as she has done all she can...a mess was laid in her lap.

This is beyond ridiculous that I am being told to be patient and that it takes time to make this transfer. I am sure it does, under normal circumstances but really? Is this normal ? No one in this company thinks this should be expedited because of what Ive gone thru to this point....no blame of my own ?

Money has been removed from my account for autos , bikes and home.....nothing for umbrella or 94 van. I made it clear , even though these were 4 separate polices , that I wanted funds for all removed on the same day each month. It looks like this will not happen either.

Unbelievable ! I want an answer on what is going on, today...... Beyond ridiculous !! Jim Merz
