My 92 year old aunt, Account # ROCDX-2210-632 was charged $182.50 for 80 Entrust Plus Underwear on 1/6/19 and $42.66 for the same amount and same RX No.55803611 on 1/31/19, 3/2/19 and 3/10/19. My question of why the initial charge was more than 4x that of the next ones was answered with that is/was the price. I called 4 times and received reference numbers 13764985, 13805095 and 36942. I feel my question regarding the price difference needs more explanation than thats the price. The response does not feel customer friendly. I also asked who was/is the manufacturer so I could contact them and did not get a response. I am pleased with most of the service Omnicare provides. My aunt is in a memory care facility so as her POA, I just needed a little more explanation. Initial price of $4.56 per adult disposable underwear compared to the present price of $.53 just seemed totally out of line. Thanks for listening.
