On 11/28/15 I rented a truck from the Stamford CT location with full faith I would be renting a truck in good condition. After receiving the truck, I had to clean the inside of empty bottles (2) , a sticky passenger seat and ashes on the floor. I didnt mind cleaning it - I wanted a clean environment to drive 700 miles in. Took the time to check the air in all 6 tires and all were 5 to 10 pounds low . Because of my faith in Penske I did not closely examine the tires. After driving 700 miles from CT to NC (6 hours in the rain), we had to position the truck at a strange angle and I noticed both inside edges of the front tires were bald and starting to separate (I HAVE PICTURES). Not the kind of product I expected of Penske. I did make the rep in NC aware when we dropped off the truck. This is a safety hazard.
