On 1/17/17 I went to your shop your way website and there were 4 different surprise points for me from Kmart . 1) $10.00 Kmart jewelry. Expires 1/21/17. 2) $10.00 Kmart clothing Expires 1/19/17. 3) $10.00 Kmart sporting goods Expires 1/21/17. 4) $5.00 off Kmart footwear Expires 1/19/17. I went back into the website this morning and they were gone. I called shop your way and they told me I would have to spend the amount first and then they would credit me the points if I email them a copy of the points that were on my account of 1/17/17. This defeats the purpose of the points. Instead of saving money on something I still have to pay the full price. They say they could not do anything else and I feel this is unfair since this was not my error and it was theirs. All I was asking for is those points be put back on my account. They tell me they cannot do that. So now I figure I just lost $35.00. Very unhappy about all this. I have been a shop your way member for many years now.
